Q1 2021 Performance of Top Dance Games in Europe

As the first quarter of 2021 has come to a close, Sensor Tower presents a performance analysis of the top dance game applications in Europe. This report will provide an overview of user engagement and financial trends observed in these popular games.

Ubisoft's Just Dance Now saw a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting at 89K and peaking at 80K in the last week of March. Revenue showed a decline from $43K to $25K, before a spike to $36K at the end of the quarter. Weekly active users decreased from 173K to 91K but surged to 144K in the final week.

Coco Play's Ice Skating Ballerina experienced a steady downloads count, with a starting point of 41K and an end at 30K. The revenue trend mirrored this pattern, ranging from $1K to a little over $1K. Weekly active users saw a similar stable trend, from 98K down to 87K.

Another Coco Play title, Acrobat Star Show, showed a significant increase in downloads from 20K to 43K in the final week. Revenue remained consistent, between less than $1K and just below $1K. Weekly active users began at 26K and ended at 47K, showing a positive growth.

Dance Clash: Ballet vs Hip Hop by Coco Play also demonstrated a steady performance, with downloads beginning at 61K and closing at 61K. Revenue was modest, starting at $905 and ending at $853. Weekly active users were strong, starting at 128K and growing to 126K by the end of Q1.

XiaoPin Zen's Super Dancer, while having negligible downloads, showed revenue growth from $483 to $666. However, the weekly active user data was not available.
